This policy explains how BoostGrow handles personal data submitted through the boostgrow.com.br website, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).
1. What data we collect
When you book a demo, chat with the website's AI assistant or fill out a form, we collect the data you provide:
- name;
- WhatsApp number;
- email (optional);
- the date and time you choose, when you book;
- information about your business that you choose to share (for example, how many clients you serve);
- the messages exchanged with the AI assistant and any message you choose to write (optional).
2. What we use it for
- contacting you to schedule and hold the demo;
- understanding your situation and suggesting the most suitable plan;
- sending information about BoostGrow related to your request.
The legal basis is your consent and the preliminary procedures for a possible contract that you requested (Art. 7, I and V, of the LGPD).
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your data. To reply in the chat, message text is processed by artificial intelligence providers engaged for that purpose. Your data is stored on our own platform, hosted by cloud infrastructure providers engaged for that purpose, which follow appropriate security standards.
4. How long we keep it
We keep your data while there is a business relationship or a legitimate interest in the contact. You may request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
At any time, you may request:
- confirmation that we process your data and access to it;
- correction of incomplete or outdated data;
- deletion of your data;
- information about sharing;
- withdrawal of consent.

7. Data of platform customers
The data that agencies and their clients register in the platform belongs to them. Each account's data is kept separate from the others, and it is possible to export everything and request permanent deletion when closing the account.
